In the unlikely event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the event will be rescheduled to a later date. All vendor benefits and reserved vendor spaces will transfer to the new event date.
Yes. Any agreed-upon vendor visibility and promotional benefits will remain in place and adjust to the new event timeline.
Vendors will have the opportunity to engage directly with attendees during the IGNITE G3 Vendor Fair, including table presence, networking opportunities, and participation in the Vendor Fair presentation session.
Vendor registrations are non-refundable, as funds are allocated toward event production, marketing, and logistics. If the event is postponed, vendor placements and benefits will be honored at the rescheduled event date.
Vendors will be recognized through event programming, vendor fair participation, and designated visibility opportunities throughout the event.
